Irresponsible/dangerous
Nice guys but after they finished and pulled my car out I saw the manager go to close my hood. He broke the (admittedly flimsy) hood prop but instead of trying to take a few seconds to reattach it he immediately just threw it loose into the compartment and closed the hood.
This could be very dangerous if the metal prop touched the positive and negative leads on the battery. I took 20 seconds to fix it and I won’t be coming back ever. Very irresponsible and disrespectful.
Also I didn’t get a new sticker 🤷♂️
They got us right in on a holiday weekend. They were very quick and professional. I watched them clean out built up leaves in the engine area, even though that’s above and beyond what we brought our car in for. I was able to use an online coupon. I’m really happy with my experience with this Jiffy Lube!
Went to get an oil change and the two guys there were just super nice and helpful. I have a new 2022 Toyota for work and they knew everything and helped me reset the auto-reminder. Soooo nice :) 11/10 would go back for all my car maintenance needs as long as they’re there
Terrible experience- took over one full hour to get a simple oil change and they did not fill my other fluids despite advertising in their “signature service” that they would. Because of this, my car broke down the DAY AFTER my oil change.
I was asked specifically to get out of my car when I told them I preferred to stay in my car, whereas they allowed other customers to stay in their car. Other customers that stayed in their car at the exact same time I was there had their oil changed in 30 minutes… there was no reason for them to take so long for me.
Additionally, they either unscrewed my coolant or failed to detect and add more coolant because the DAY AFTER my oil change, my car overheated from lack of coolant. Either way, it certainly wasn’t the speedy and comprehensive oil change I paid for and I will not be going back.
Not only was I disrespected by being asked to leave my car and not given the “speedy service” jiffy lube advertises, they led to my car breaking down from overheating.
The manager Jorge Rivera is kind and great to work with. I called him after hours about a concern and he was happy to answer my questions and promptly got everything sorted out for me.
Quick service, but I didn't get my floors clean or some of the other list of tasks that were given to me at checkout.
Since this is my first time getting.my car serviced at a Jiffy Lube shop, I am not sure whether all services advertised are provided or not.
Despite that the overall experience was pretty good.
We had the best experience ever. Mr Joey was awesome from his customer service to his knowledge for servicing the car was above and beyond. And the car needed rear brake pads, rotors and a caliper. They did it the same day. And even though they ordered the parts it did not take long. And they all work together as a team. Just flawless service. Thank you again.
Been going to this shop for the past 3 years. They’ve been super polite. Then COVID hit and I hadn’t used the car for a Conor month. I just went back because of the batteries problem. Everyone wore mask. They had me sit and wait in my own car while they replaced my batteries. No contact work and I felt quite safe waiting in my own car. Overall, fast, convenient and safe. I will go back here again for future service.
